Is it not supposed to leave a record when I am looking at the clients information under listings or history or tracked visits? when I look at her searches, there should be a ton of things sending. I called and spoke with her on the 28th and there was only 1 entry, which seemed odd. I have others that seem to not be getting thing and wondered how with a quick look that I can determine whether they are getting stuff or not?

There should be some record of things sent, maybe there is supposed to be and it isn't happening or I need a work order?

I think that you should make a list that details exactly what you want from the lead manager. List what you want, where you want it, how you want it displayed, etc., then setup a call with your sales rep.
