Default Investor Group is looking to purchase multiple properties

I have a group of California based investors who are starting to purchase foreclosed homes in bulk and multiple purchases in the Greater Detroit area. They are also looking to buy foreclosed homes in the following areas:

Ohio - All, focus on Cleveland area

Indiana - Focus on Indianapolis area

Missouri - Focus on the St. Louis and Springfield areas

North Carolina - Focus on Raleigh and West Central areas

Pennsylvania - Focus on Philadelphia, Sout East

Tennessee - Focus on Nashville, Knoxville areas

Texas - Focus on Houston, Dallas Metro areas

I am looking to refer them out to agents that specialize in selling foreclosures in those areas.

Mike - No interest in Florida? We seem to have many similar "vulture funds" in the state that are scooping up foreclosure properties.

HI John,

I can check with them. You never know. One guy buys up to 107 house per trip, it's amazing how deep the pockets are on the coasts.

Michael,

I am in Houston, Texas and would like to know what kind of discount your clients are looking for and what kind of properties match their exit strategy.
