Anyone getting love from Google here lately. Just wanted to see if anyone else has noticed any significant shifts in SERPs lately? I had two of my sites move into top 10 for main keywords in dallas/fort worth area, one I must mention is an REW site (thanks REW!). I watch SEs fairly close and noticed these changes all within the last 24 hours. Wondering if there is something else going on besides the normal google randomization wave and sticky test....

You are #9 for "Dallas real estate" on the data center I checked.
I have not seen much movement here for my Sarasota terms.

I have been noticing a lot of up and down by one or two places over the past couple of weeks for my own Maine search engine terms that are in the top 10.

thanks for confirmation, at least one of them seems to be a little sticky, other site fell out, but one is still above water. google seems to be in sticky test mode...

Congratulations. To me, lately, it seems that Google changes rankings by the day, for some keywords and then others they hardly change at all. A lot of the giant sites like Trulia, Yahoo etc seem to steadily be getting better rankings by the minute.

I'm seeing this as well, I'm still moving back and forth for main keywords but seem to be sticking on others. Trulia is definetely moving up the ladder in most major markets, with help of local agents...

I have seen to stay steady last 2 days. Moved 3 places for top KW but all DC's I checked report my site as the same which is unusual. Usually all 35 are not the same but today they all exactly the same.

I've seen more moving around in the last 24 hours then usual for other sites, but most of my sites have been hovering around the same position for main keywords

I noticed that in the past 48 hours or so, my site moved up to #4 for my main keyword and I'm on the first page for most of my keywords that I'm tracking (about 25 of them). Hopefully, it will stick.

Has been less volatile last couple days for me. Not sure what it means if anything.
