Thinking about changing, no adding to the domain name through a redirect since my current name is so long and hard to put on signs, business cards and print advertising. Keep in mind its a Broker Domain not an agent's.

What do you guys think of these. I own them all.

What's My Mileage?

A concern for me is the L in the address could be misinterpreted as an i in some fonts / by some people (this particular forum, it shows up fairly distinctly, but in others it could be an issue).

I typically capitalize the letters in any print advertising to eliminate that.

My personal thought is that SLPRealEstate sounds the best, I guess though if I did not know your location I would not know what SLP meant, however If its local sales your looking for I guess it would not matter.

SLP has noting to do with location. I am no where near the St. Lawrence River or St. Lawrence, NY. Its actually a combination of my name and the day I earned my broker license, All Saints Day. I had tried to get St. Lawrence Realty, but I just missed out on it. That name was taken back in 1899 and is still active!

Like C-21 or Coldwell Banker, ERA etc. It's up to me to make the SLP synonymous with Real Estate.

Its funny, when I write it out as slprealestate; that looks good, but when I do it as SLPRealtors; that looks better than SLPRealEstate but I'm still on the fence.

Unlike the term "MLS" which is not trademarked by the NAR, "Realtor" and "Realtors" are indeed registered trademarks of the National Association of Realtors. They will not allow you to use this in your domain.
