This tool is valuable in so many ways. Measuring brand equity, SEO, PPC, etc...

For some reason, the tool isn't working for me right now...I ran about 100 searches, so I don't know if it booted me off. One interesting thing I noticed though....

Average monthly search volume:

zillow = 800k
trulia = 100k

Finally! I've always wondered why Google did not provide this information. This will be extremely helpful determining which search terms to target.
