The amount of traffic you recieve has absolutely nothing to do with how you rank in Google, rankings are based on topic specific, relevant backlinks, content and site architecture. I actually have a site that is on the first page of Google, MSN and Yahoo for nanaimo real estate + most of the other relevant terms, perhaps we should chat Call my cell if you like, I will be doing some running around today 250-668-7364 BTW the name is Morgan and I'm in the Woodlands area
