I stumbled upon this forum about a month ago. I saw there was another Atlanta Realtor and wondered who he was. Went to his web site where he only has a drawing of himself but no picture. Saw he was with RE/MAX but there are thousands of RE/MAX agents in Atlanta.

Anyway, I bumped into this big guy getting coffee in the hall at my office. He seemed to be a new agent that I hadn't met yet. I was busy and didn't introduce myself. He then appearantly recognized me and introduced himself as Wayne Griggs, the "Atlanta Realtor" on this forum. Talk about a small world.

Wayne is pretty darn impressive. He's just been in Atlanta for a few weeks and already he is keeping two buyer's agents busy and he is going out on a bunch of listing calls. He seems like he has a deep technical understanding of web sites and computers. It was a pleasure talking with another realtor about Serps and Google updates and such and not having them give you a blank stare back.

Nice meeting you Wayne. I look forward to helping you get started in Atlanta and sharing ideas about web sites.

small world indeed. I am convinced there are only about 1,000 people in the world.

So does he actually look like a cartoon? He keeps bragging that he can out bench me but I wanna see this dude in person.
