Default ..back again, this time with Joomla

I've been gone awhile, and I am now back. I was using SiteSell to do my agent website. It was difficult for me to keep updating it. So I found about Joomla and I am love with it.

I feel like I can do way more with it and it looks alot better.

...so I need some feedback.

I am going back into real estate (license is currently inactive). However, I am also a full time college student. I'm finishing up my degree in real estate right now, and then I will be going for "urban studies w/ focus in real estate". My plan is to drum up some referals and act more of a resource / blog for real estate in the area. Talking about redevelopment, new projects, market trends and so forth. Not the tradiontional website for an agent.

For my top menu I was going to have the normal "Buy Sell Search Blog"

and then my side menu "Home, Market Trends, Resources, About, Contact"

what do you gusy think about that? I would like to use google adsense as well. I need to pay off my student loans!

Not quite sure what you are asking.

Are you asking if your menu selections are appropriate?

Yes, I was looking at if the menu selections would make sense for the type of site that I am doing it is not the typical agent site

If the above is true, then why have this...

In other words, build the site, show what the content will be and ask again.

Good luck

Ok, I will do that. I guess I should have been a little more detailed on my first post. I'll post again when I have something to show.

ok, I think I have the site setup the way I want to.

I have little to no content yet. I just want to make sure that I have the structure the right way. It's in my signture, but not my name one.

I'll put it in the website review page when I am ready for an actual review.

I love working with Joomla.

..i still have the joomla template in place. I need to work on my graphics next. I want this to be done before the fall classes start.
