The simplest way is assuming that you have only taken photos...and you run a windows based machine, you have a program on your machine called movie maker. Start that up, drag and drop your photos, setup your transitions, and create a movie file (.wmv I believe). At that point you have a file that youtube can use, just upload it to your account and your done.

Movie maker is pretty easy and after playing with it for 30 minutes, you should have figured out 90% of it

iMovie. Comes in the iLife package.

Google was favoring video heavily into their blended results, but has since backed off quite a bit - it used to be the easiest way to blast into the top of a phrase.

Anyway, TubeMogul (.com) is free and great - definitely worth taking the time to set up because once you do, it's easy to syndicate out your video to 20 sites.

Though YouTube now has more searches per day than Yahoo - so in truth, if you're going to focus, that's probably not hurting you that much. Yahoo and AOL are there, but the other players seem generally pretty nichey unless you're using Myspace within the social promotion.

I haven't really gotten into video syndication, but it seems like if you get your stuff onto YouTube you are doing pretty good. Putting something on a service that has very little traffic won't really help you in the long run. But then again, I guess it really only takes ONE to make a sale.
