Default PNWMLS feeds for agents:

Hi, i am with a website design and development firm in Seattle, WA and we get agents wanting custom projects from time to time. Something that is unique to our area is that the PNWMLS allows broker access only to their feeds...

We'd like to partner up w/ a provider of MLS/IDX solutions to offer an alternative if at all possible, does anyone know of a way to work around this? Currently it looks like a broker can authorize a feed to be shared by their agents but what about agents wanting their own feed?

Hope someone has run into this before and knows a way to come up w/ a win/win? I spoke to iHomeFinder about 18 months ago and at the time there was nothing other than getting the broker's access.

Thanks,
Fred

Fred,
It's actually NWMLS not PNWMLS - and you almost have it correct - there are actually 3 feeds available but all of which are assigned to be designated by the "broker of record" - REW (Real Estate Webmasters) is such a vendor (As in we receive several raw data feeds from NWMLS - but if you are wanting to be able to do "custom - per agent" IDX's that will not happen, NWMLS clearly states all agents must use an approved template or broker solution.
