what is a good site for forclosure listing? i'm somewhat new so whatever other resources you could give me would be helpful too. thanks

Contact a real estate agent. All of those forclosure websites sell outdated information.

The Hud homes are in the MLS and we have the keys to show the properties.

i've seen the HUD website but that is strictly HUD homes right?

Yeah the hud site is govt foreclosures. You can find va and bank foreclosures on this site http://www.ocwen.com/reo/reofindbystate.cfm
As has been previously noted you pretty much have to have a realtor to see either hud's or bank repos. |

I found a great list online with links straight to the banks reo sites. http://www.freehudlist.net I have actually found some great homes in my area and working on purchasing them right now..
