I don't know if I'm in the right area for this question but here it goes. I have been having a ton of trouble finding a free xml mortgage rate feed. There are more rss news feeds than you could want as well as calculators but not just the rates. Does anyone know of an xml feed that provides this? I am looking for a free one obviously but even one that doesn't cost an arm and a leg would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

obviously you would want an area specific one, what area do you service?

I have found this one http://realtor.mortgage101.com/RealtorHome.asp which looks good but I'm interested in hearing what you have as I dont think this is local. I am also looking for restaurant listings and ratings if you can help me with that. These are the two things that I am just having a real tough time finding. I found the mortgage101 site after I posted the original message. Thanks. Isaac
Oops. Forgot to tell you my area. Southern California. More specifically, Ventura County and north LA county. |

I have seen that site and it looks like I could use it. There are other ones that I have found as well by now for those who are looking.
http://www.mortgageleadsguide.com/Mortgage_Rates.asp http://www.mortgage101.com/ Now I am only looking for a restaurant list somewhere. I have seen one or two in my search but none that were any good or that I could place on my own site. Thanks to those who have responded. |

When I used a automatic feed I use The Financials.

was it a free feed or did it cost some decent $$?

You could try using a local mortgage company's data, work out some sort of mutual arrangement. If you already have rates and need a system to put them into XML/RSS, you might want to try our link below.

I hope I'm doing this right (I clicked "Quote", I just want to Reply or Post).
I'm looking for mortgage content feeds that don't require the "feeder" to be advertised on the content. Please get back to me. Much appreciated. JVG |
