I'm interested in a single home property/mortgage that was deeded to the VA (Veteran Affairs) two years ago and then, according to the VA was given back to its mortgage company this year. But the mortgage company does not have information on the property. Is there any legal action that can be taken
to find who owns this property in order to make an offer on the abandoned home?
