I am looking for some advice on changes that could be made to our company website to make it more user friendly. We have had a number of complaints from our customers that the website is too confusing and hard to find homes. I have to agree with them, but I also don't know what changes to make to make it better. I am part of the re-design committee and have to come with suggestions. Can you please take a look at the website and let me know what you think, and what changes you would make? Here is the website http://www.cbgreatlakes.com.
Thanks, Luke Bouman

I would start with having the search form be a standard web form with a drop down box. The java hide/unhide drop down is neat, but put all the information out there so people can see it.
