Wasn't sure if I should post a new thread as this is an add-on to my current IDX mods but wanted to get it in before the customization started. If under an hour it is approved, just tack it onto my current project or however you want to do it:
IDX continued:
1. details page: add 'special circumstances' field up into top main general fields area near the 'additional info' field

2. search page: add '55+ Active Adult' category to new advanced search criteria area on left with feature 'yes/no' on right using logic 'special circumstances'= 'adult active community'

3. same advanced search area, also add 'special circumstances' category with all available fields in features area

4. on quicksearch box: add '55+ Active Adult Communities' field under subdivisions with logic 'special circumstances'= 'adult active community'
