Your initial response
When you are given just an e mail contact, how do you reach out them in your first e mail? Do you send this long e mail selling yourself or do you send a brief, Hey, thank you for registering. Can I help you with anything that you looked at?
I would really like to get some good feedback from this board.

I can give you some of my thoughts, Michael: Keep it short and sweet... Thank them for visiting, - Outline key tools and search functions (Value Database - define this one, Condo Locator Map - define this one too) -- these are the pieces that separate your site from the pack so make sure you can concisely define them. - Then the CTA..."if you have any questions call me"... Hope that helps a little...K
