CMS: Mailing List

Is this feature new? Is there a tutorial on how to use it?

This Feature has been around from the begining, this is a snippet from the howto that is almost complete.

"# Mailing List - After any person fills out your quick contact form, their name and email are placed into a database so that the information is handy for future marketing efforts.
When someone enters their contact information into that quick contact form their names and e-mail addresses will also appear on the mailing list page. Clicking on a name will display that users comments. (Not all templates will have a comments field in there quick contact box) If you wish to send an email to any or all of the people on the list check the checkbox next to the name(s) and click "Send Mail". This will bring you to the next page where you can type your email. You may also create a comma separated list of the usernames and e-mails that can be easily imported into a spreadsheet program, such as Excel. "
