Selecting homeowners for card mailing lists
I have a farm list provided by escrow. I am removing corporations, attorneys, accountants, trusts and real estate companies from the list, figuring they would already have someone in mind should they decide to list.
Would you agree with me or do you think I should keep the other entities (except for real estate companies) on the list? Thanks, Mike
