Any Good Search Ideas For Finding Pre-Foreclosed, Forclosed,& REO Multi-Family Units?
I'm searching for Foreclosed, Pre-Foreclosed, REOs, and short-saled Multi-Unit Property for a client. Where are the best places to search for these types of property other than a local MLS, loop-net, and city feet. Do you guys know of any websites? Should I check with property managers? Please let me know your thoughts.
