Hi,

I am a new member here, and I have been here for few days and read (almost) all of the posts.

First I want to thank Morgan "SEO Guy" for taking time to develop something like this as apposed to some other forum with little or no activity. I wish you success!

Now, if you are interested, I will introduce myself. I am a newbie here on this forum, however, I am not a newbie in life. This intro is not meant to self publicize. Simply I want members to know about myself. Oh, and I am not selling anything..lol

I have been in Accounting, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Newspaper Boy..etc.
I have worked for most of my life for top companies, and than I realized, its time to work for myself, so I have been working for myself for last 7 years.

My passion in life is to meet people and understand them, so, I decided to see the world. I have been around the world many times, and I have seen almost all of the countries multiple times. I believe we all get so much into making money and competing we forget the world. (Again just an observation)

I have been dealing with Real Estate Agents for last 7 years, mostly I have been doing Mortgages.

I would like to shed my opinion here regarding RE Agents. I believe they work their butt off. I realize this when I am involved in a transaction with them, I may have 15-20 deals closing in a month, but most realtor may have 1 or 2 and they are relying on that income, I bend backward 24/7 to help them achieve this goal. I have been there in commission sales and I can relate to it.

My purpose for joining this forum is to communicate, learn and hopefully contribute.

Thanks for your warm welcome, I learned about this forum in a strange way, and I wont discuss in open forum. .

But lets say, someone was debating you and clearly he was wrong. (Enough Said)

Love the new look of the site. (I just got used to the old one..LOL) I always like your idea and FRESH CLEAN LOOK, it suits my taste and style. (I miss the birdhouse)

You can call me anything you want, and thanks for the idea about my the signature to promote, I thought, I will wait a while.
