Just a minor question

since putting in some Fresh content to my Frame site (ya frame!!)
Google's spider been snooping around every day (Fresh content been
up about 7 days)..now is daily caching good?
I believe it to be good but Iam not an SEO....so any suggestions is good.

and I've notice some of my keywords improve in rankings..
many 1st page and many overtook the slower ranking site..

if your content is in a frameset it isnt being spidered anyways, but honestly I would attribute higher spidering to either links you acquired or just general increase in spider activity which can sometimes indicate an update, I have sites that I have not changed teh content on in years that keep their top spots, I honestly dont think fresh content helps in an individual pages rankings, unless of course it were seo'd better than the previous content. If it was perfectly SEO'd from the beginning I would not change it.
