In my Google Webmaster tools, I'm showing a bunch of pages not found. Anyone else have this problem? I can't personally see the link on the pages anywhere, but it seems to think they're there (possibly via the sitemap).
For some reason, it's thinks the link would be here (example): http://www.myhomehouston.com/bunker-hill/500000-600000/

Hi Steve,
I've seen this happen when there is a link like <a href="idx/register.html" title="Register">REGISTER</a> when it's missing the forward slash ... <a href="/idx/register.html" title="Register">REGISTER</a> But in this case I cannot see any links like that ... So it's possible that it's since been corrected... or are you still getting them come up like that? |

Hey Aaron,
I'm getting the problems detected in Google Webmasters as of April 10th. I don't think there have been any changes. Here's a couple that were detected on the 10th: http://www.myhomehouston.com/champio.../register.html http://www.myhomehouston.com/cypress.../register.html

Just checked it again and it's now showing more not found for April 11th - definitely think this is still a bug somewhere. It's odd; I'm even trying to do a spider simulator (http://www.webconfs.com/search-engin...-simulator.php) and still not seeing the link displayed that way. No clue why it's showing up in Webmaster tools.
Maybe something was actually changed after the 11th - I'll watch it. If it updates to 13th, then we know for sure.

Do you think the root of this problem is because the register link is added via javascript? Perhaps the javascript is acting screwy (it adds the /register.html to the page url and not the actual listing link), thus resulting in the error.
So instead of (for each property on the snippet): myhomehouston.com/idx/hris/87162448/register.html You have: myhomehouston.com/westbourne/under-100000/register.html More importantly, from an SEO perspective, will there be any harm by simply ignoring it completely? Everything works perfect from a user experience.
