Default What kind of results are you having with your LEC?

I released my LEC2 near the end of Feb and wanted to get some feedback from others who have working LECs. I know I haven't even scratched the surface...haven't done selling or buying page, haven't changed some of the stock boiler plate, etc but I am already on dmoz and have a pagerank of 1 after a month and a half. I know I need to do some adwords next but I just had a baby March 3rd and things are bust to say the least. I've been working on quality backlinks and I really am positive about the LECs ability to generate leads. i know these things take time and I am willing to work at it so any feedback or advice would be great.

So what do you think is the next step?

I think you are speaking more about SEO than you are about LEC specific triumphs Bruce (although thanks for sharing, that's great community spirit)

Check out this post by an REW member who just switched to the LEC 2 http://www.realestatewebmasters.com/...k-z/7714/show/

Now he had already done full service SEO and had rankings - so make sure you are aware of that as his results are the combination of killer SEO, time and the LEC 2

In terms of results I have observed (or have been reported) I am seeing a typical conversion of 7-12% with registration enabled on sites where REW has done the SEO / content and they have good content - (some sites that the customers did their own content are not converting quite as high - they should really call me

Bounce rate is between 20-35% normally (again depends on a lot of factors including their blog and drip campaigns)

Overall I think we have some darn happy LEC users

The LEC is the platform and an excellent one at that! Your traffic comes from your content. Keep building quality content and quality links and time will do the rest. The age of the URL can be a huge factor too. Give it some time. I started with a Point2 Free and moved to a REW Custom. Morgan gives you the tool, you must pick it up and use it diligently. It isn't a "fire and forget" deal. Most of those I know that are very successful with websites (and I have met quite a few) myself included, spend very large amounts of time building the content of the sites and networking with others that do the same. When your spouse starts complaining about the time you spend doing it, then you are probably on the verge of something big! Think of it as building a Railroad Empire - you have the main terminal and probably the main track in place, now you need to build depots, side tracks, and lesser lines to serve as many customers as you can - at some point your efforts become important to what it is you do and Google will want to tell the world about it.
