Would like to know how I can link to a different URL from http://www.viprealtyinfo.com/austin-real-estate.php , Houston and San Antonio sections too.

On these pages there is a graphic " interactive map search " I'd like to link this out to a different URL. Am I able to do this from the backend?

No - it does not appear that the map graphic is editable via the CMS. We'd have to update them for you in a small work order.
