Default BPOs are they worth it?

Thoughts?

Although they may still be worth it, I've done over 50 and have nothing to show for it other than subpar checks. I was assured that once I did a certain number, I would start getting listings. Still nothing. I don't mean to discourage you. If you can get reo listings, go for it!

They are worth it , especially if you operate a BPO business. We currently average 100 BPOs per month. We started the BPO business in June of 2008 and so far we've done 788 BPO's. It started out slow at first, but then picked up. After we did our 104 BPO we got our first listing. So far we've gotten 4 listings total. Hang in there. Patience is a virtue!

I do 10 BPO's a day, 5 days a week, no weekends or nights, for a fee, dont want any residental REO listings, just do BPO's and sales. Its worth it for me.

Wow 10 BPO's a day is alot, but not impossible, depending how many companies you are signed up, number of people on your team and your system of accepting BPO's. We average 5 per day and most come from 4 companies. EML, PCV, Mainstreet and Clear Cap.

Red face Re: BPOs are they worth it?

Are Countrywide BPO fees negotiable? I just did an interior order and the agent who let me in the house said she had let another agent in the house and he said he was making about $100.00 for the BPO.

Right now I'm making $55.00 for exterior and I think its $65.00 for interior orders. Does anyone else get more $$?

I can do up to 6 bpo in one day however I only like to do about 2 a day. Is anyone hiring out the entry work? 10 bpo per day 5 days per week is really pumping them out... how do you do so many?

I currently make about 3000K per month on BPOs

Thanks,

I've gotten $125 and $150 on internal BPOs. I've done those for Goodman & Dean and Nationstar.

The most I've gotten for an Interior BPO was $110 from Clear Cap and it was a 24 hour rush.
