I started searching for links that might be negativly impacting my sites.

A couple of the links I have found that I am unsure about include the following:

/www.allnetservices.com/rodar.php?domain=havanawaterfront.com&name=Havana+ Waterfront&search=Waterfront/florida-properties-waterfront

and then these all post search engine type results that I am concerned may also be a concern:

/www.interboxbln.de/relocation_to_florida.html

/www.networldtv.de/relocation_to_florida.html

/www.altkreis-schmalkalden.de/palm_beach_gardens_properties_for_rental.html

I don't know if these people are just trying to create page count or if this is something I need to respond to?

EDIT - I removed the hyperlinks - in the event they are a bad neighborhood

Any guideance is appreciated!!! Thanks in advance.

They don't have any content on them at all. They don't look like directories. I would remove any links that you have pointing to them, but in my opinion a link pointing to your site would not have a negative effect on you.
