Question Which is better landing module?

As a potential client, which would you rather see if you were looking for tempe foreclosure properties?
http://link.flexmls.com/m5kv3o3vl1u,12
http://idx.diversesolutions.com/Link/35254

These would be embedded modules on my landing pages. I think the first looks better, but I suspect the second would convert much better. Would you turn away immediately if you see the second one? These would go on to http://www.stevetrang.com/tempe.asp

Mods, please let me know if this is a violation in any way, and I will remove immediately.

Hi Steve,

I not sure I see how using the FlexMLS module framed is going to get you leads? I don't see any registration form or requirement.

At least with the other IDX (who's name I wont mention) you can turn on the registration requirement and get some registrations/leads.

You need at least some text at the top of the page identifying the criteria used to arrive at those results, or visitors will question whether you took them to an appropriate landing page. I assume that would be included on the IFrame page the results are embedded in? Other than that, as a user/visitor, I would probably go for the mapped results over the list, so I could narrow my selections and areas down further. However, I would also prefer to see results with the ability to select by price ranges, like the REW IDX does with its price range tables.

Gary, flexmls does a terrible job of forcing registration. I handicapped so you can't look at details until logging in, and I explain that on the top of the page, but hardly anybody will read that or login if they are reading that.

Ron, the keywords getting people to land on this page would be tempe foreclosures. The page title and headers take care of the keyword part, while these modules aren't really indexable. I'm glad to hear that you like the map one.

Hi Steve,

Not sure how your campaign is working out thus far, but you may want to implement an A/B split and allow your traffic to determine which LP converts at a higher %.

Just a suggestion : )

Sorry to chime in late here but...

Why use either of those?

You have an REW site with an IDX. Why are you not creating your own pages and snippets with this information?

That way you can trap the lead and offer much more information.

Perhaps I missed something?

Jessiesc,

The REW site is our brokerage's site. I handle that and my personal site.

Thanks
