| Enhanced lead manager This is a forum for discussion of the "enhanced" version of the REW CMS 2.0 lead managemer. This is not included in previous CMS 2.0 installs and is still in beta - you would know if you had it as you would be a beta tester. |

Hey guys,
Thanks so much for volunteering your sites (and your time) to be beta testers of the new REW Lead Management "Enhanced" system (Name not decided) I wanted to place this must read sticky at the top of the forums for everyone to read so that we are all on the same page about how this "ideally" will work. As beta testers, we need / welcome (and are thankful for) your feedback on any portion of the system that does not seem to be "functioning correctly" but what we want to avoid is commentary about suggested improvements / additions as we are completed the "build" phase and we just want to make sure everything works in the version. This is with the exception of "glaring oversight" if something clearly works but is quite simply does not make sense - we want that kind of feedback as well. But in those instances, likely the behavior will be removed until such time as an alternative is developed internally. So although it is tempting now that you have the new system to make suggestions as to how to improve it even more (wouldn't it be cool if type stuff) we won't be adding any more functionality to this version - so if you do have those suggestions, by all means write them down and email them to me for consideration in future versions, but let's keep them off this forum as they aren't appropriate for this phase. Browsers / versions etc - It also really helps us out if you could report the browser / version you are using during your testing. Officially this backend is supported by FF and IE 7+ only (we are no longer supporting IE 6 in our backend applications - thank god!) and of course if you are on a mac - please let us know as well. Thanks ![]() Forum feedback / reporting only: We are asking that all communications regarding the beta testers and backend happen here at this forum - (please do NOT email myself or the production developers directly) - we need to be able to stay organized and having all of the information in a centrally accessible place is paramount. Reviews / changes - Although myself, and the development staff on the project will likely be on here daily, we are planning to fully review feedback each thursday and implement what we feel are the necessary adjustments from that week on Friday. If additional time is required the remainder of the changes will be addressed the following week. All customers who are beta testers will receive patches to the system at no charge of course. No custom orders - During this beta phase, we ask that you refrain from making custom orders to your backend, as the architecture will be changing often. We won't of course stop you - but keeping it the "default system" is the only way I can accomodate free changes / patches - if you want to go custom before the beta program is over (July 30th) then you will have to be billed for your upgrades and any labor required to fix things if a future patch breaks them. Hope that helps give some direction - and once again a HUGE thank you to all those who have volunteered your time and energy to helping us perfect another great REW product. Cheers Morgan
