I really don't know what to call this so I went for a catchy title...

Here is my thought:

With reminders, we (agents) see them at the top of the main screen. The problem, as I see it, is that we do not see the action plans. I've called this a bug because I actually think it should show the action plans on the main screen along with any reminders rather than having to go to a seperate screen. After all, the main screen should (at least I think) show an overview of what is needed "to do" for the day and the action plans are certainly "to do" items.

Anyway, not sure if we want to call this a bug or a suggestion, but, I'm pulling for bug here.

I could definitely see a tab there on the right side of the reminders module that lets you switch to action plan tasks for sure.
