Is there a favorite contact widget/plugin that you guys like for wordpress? I'm looking for a widget or something I can place in a text for widget. I just want something simple so they can see it while on the site.

Tiny Contact Form - simple, easy. Not very flexible:

I use Contact Form 7, but I'm not sure if it has a sidebar widget portion to it or not. I guess you could put it in a text box and it would work... I've never tested it.

There are quite a few js scripts that will do this, but I don't know of any widgets.

I've used easycontacts and a few others but have always had to customize them on my sites.

Now I just use mailto: and stopped using the forms altogether as I didn't find they brought me any real value.

I've used it and liked it.

I prefer WP SpamFree actually.

It's main purpose is to eliminate comment/trackback spam (and it does an amazing job).

It also come with a very simple contact form that does not require the user to fill out a CAPTCHA.

I was happy with Akismet's comment spam, but it started missing a LOT of very blatant spam, so had to ditch it. I've been very happy ever since.
