How to get past sales data?
Hi guys,
I'm developing a tool to analyse prices of houses sold in past couple of years in a given area. Is there a website or api which can provide me with following data: - addresses of houses sold - their prices - their sq footage, #bedrooms etc I tried searching on net, couldn't find anything. thanks for your lead
