Any hints on getting Twitterfeed set up? Which part of the RSS or atom code are you inserting?

It's generally a good way to get unfollowed. If someone I'm following starts using TwitterFeed and either uses it as their only source of tweets, or spams the hell out of me with tweets, I'm generally pretty quick on the 'unfollow' button.

twitterfeed can be very annoying on the receiving end, i concur.
