[SOLVED] Bug / Question: Campaigns
Okay... i'm not sure.. bit I think that in the non beta a Campaign was launched immediately while it was assigned to me (default) and that campain continued even after i reassigned to agent.
Currently, the campaign stops after I reassign... which kills my overall drip program that comes from ME... on top of what the agent does. So, I don't if this is a bug or a want.. but a master campaign / drip is very important, as sometimes the visitor will not respond to the agent but may from me. I'm not sure if this has something to do with it, but when I assign to agent MY groups go away (ie Monday Morning Coffee)...
