PR4 with 1 link?
Still learning/researching the topic of page rank. I had come to some kind of conclusion that links are a big part of 'PR Sculpting'... then I came along this site. A custom home builder in
pdasc.net I see 1 link from a PR5 site, and 34 pages of content. Is this enough for PR4? or does anyone see something else? TIA
