What would you do if you discovered other agents in your office stealing content on your pages...would you confront them, would you ignore it... would like to hear what others think let us know thanks rob

It's your intellectual property, you are obligated to protect it once you know about it, otherwise you loose the right (through dilution) to call it yours.

Hi Rob,
I must say that this doesn't surprise me. I'm also in Tampa and since getting back in the biz, (~3 months) I have researched and analyzed the local competition. KW has quite a few agents consistently doing their homework online. This includes you of course. Was this at KW? Fortunately for you, what sets you apart is your personality and the format in which you deliver your message. Content is in fact king, however you have the RMASSE10 personality stamp embedded within your web pages. Not many agents can duplicate the tone in which you consistently deliver your message online. Know what I mean?

If they failed to remove the content I would call them on it in an office meeting and send out an office memo to everyone. Take no prisoners ![]()

I think Jessie has a great point/idea. Why not turn this around into a learning situation for everyone in your office. Or perhaps at KW?
Teaching internet laws and ethics to your agents, may get your point across very well without causing any ripples. Use your situation as an example. It's a win win for everyone. Just my opinion.
