ive purchased 6 homes in los banos this year for $70-95K a piece - 70 miles east of san jose, the southern end of the san francisco bay area. they are all 3/2 and 4/2 SFR's. take a look at the area seems to be a very good opportunity. i am netting 10-15% ROI on each property.

california is a good state but if you wanna buy a condos just for investing purpose then i would suggest you to buy condos in florida , i think you will get faster return here.
