I have a question as to methods of link exchange methods for websites?
I have been currently just adding links on a page of my website for link trading to get started. However I have been toying with the idea of creating categories like I have seen allot of others do. I think that it might look better and easier to find other sites links if I do this. I do not really want to exchange with to many sites that are outside the financial and or real-estate categories. If I did would it help or hurt PR? I have heard yes and no on this. If or when I decide to will I screw up other peoples links to my site? If they are using software to track reciprocating links will they know that I have just moved there link to a different page and not deleted them, in return delete mine? My current link page http://www.infinitycommercialgroup.net/links/index.htm is nothing spectacular as you can see. Any answers and suggestions as to what to do would be great. I also do not have a place directly on there where people can request a link exchange I am working on that.

Also to add, I do not have allot of my link exchange partners email addresses to let them know that I have or am going to move there link. Luckily I do not have a tremendous amount to move.

Following Morgan's philosophy, all I have to say is yes yes and more yes. You will have hundreds of links. It won't be enough on a page. Morgan says if you are a realtor, go after a realtor link. You are a commercial real estate site. Probably, finance and other things also apply to you. Categorize it as fast as you can before links get out of hand.
