You know - when I first started in this business, and started really working internet leads, I was really intimidated by calling after hours (to me that's after 7PM). I would come up with all kinds of excuses on why not to call, inherently shooting myself in the foot.
Lately, I've been working hard to stay on top of any client that registers and leaves a phone number. I'll jump right on the phone in a heartbeat and hopefully still catch them online. Compared to calling leads like expireds, after hours leads are many times appreciative of me calling. My true goal is to help them, I really do want to help them search, and I think that comes across so it probably conveys a good message. I've just never felt good about calling leads like I have been lately. When your mindset changes from focusing on dollars, to building long term relationships that could last a lifetime things really start to change for the better.
