I found the article "Step into my shoes" an interesting read.

We've talked about it before...Relevance, Relevance, Relevance.

I wonder if the algo checks domain ownership verse other sites that people own? Interesting... So if a webmaster owns a bunch of domains for clients and has ONE domain that does "discouraging stuff" then many of the other sites maybe penalized ... I wonder how clients can research something like that before picking a webmaster...
