Hello all,

Im new here and was wondering a few things about my first attempt at a Real Estate website for a friend.

I have been doing research (looking at other real estate sites) and all seem to have wonderful calculators that are coded on the page and not linked to another site. I was wondering if anyone knows of any software that offers these codes. I found one site, http://www.timevalue.com/ but they want $130 a year just for the use of the code for 10 calculators. I dont mind paying for code at all but i think that a yearly fee is a bit steep.

If anyone can help point me in the right direction i would be greatful
