Hi all, I'm looking for an IDX developer, preferably a one-man shop, not one of the numerous "complete solution" sites I've found online.
The implementation would be fairly simple (can get a list of requirements from my client after a meeting this afternoon), no map integration, etc., and would be for just one broker/office ID, and I believe categorized by listing type. If someone can contact me privately (as the forum rules require) and let me know what their hourly rate is and any other info I might need (I'm a front-end web dev, but this IDX stuff is beyond me). The client has access to the NW MLS feed. Thanks a bunch! |
