Death of Robo Calls, New FTC Rules
The FTC has ruled that voice blast marketing is dead. That's what I have read, but is the following still allowed under the new rules. A Seller advertises a house for sale or rent with a phone number. Can these phone numbers that people advertise selling a property still be used for voice blast marketing?
