I get alot of deals from out of state. Most of the time my affiliates get the deal if it's in their county or I assign the equity deals to local investors. Here lately I been getting great lease option deals in other states. How can I make it work. Let's say I get the comps and market rent rates and everything is a go. Who can I get to show the property. Can I get a property manager to find my tenant buyer and to do the lease option. If anyone has done an out of state lease option I would love to hear from you.
