Hi Mona,
I can help you with MLS... I've already made some MLS for one member of this forum... I can give you advice for free if you are familiar with PHP. If you will have a big problem I will help you setting it for some $$$.

There are several ways you can incorporate an IDX in your web site. The two basic approaches are: 1) frame or iframe - format for search and listings come from your MLS server into the frame 2) integated - format and listings on your host server I have some information at: http://cssdesignmagic.com/idx2mls.html It usually takes us 10-12 hours to convert the raw idx data to sql and import it into database tables for search and display. We provide a complete solution to search and display, plus many membership features to save searches, request additional information, setup viewing appointments, and a host of others. This is a custom approach with a one time setup and no additiona monthlyl or yearly fees. |
