I think for instant Real Estate general traffic and PR a good toplist is hard to beat. Webmasters can add their sites in seconds and be ranked within a couple of hours. Often you get banner exchange and good "anchor" text for your link. So good traffic if you want to share it - often much better than 1:1 depending on where you rank. Best of both worlds
