Hi!

So, one of our agents is experiencing strange problems with the back end. This is what she said:

OK, when I try to save notes there is no tab showing on my screen for that. When I email I have to hit return in the subject line to sed the email becuse I do not see a tab for that anywhere on my screen for sending. Some of the tabs move when my cursor moves over them. in the leads edit screen I see alot of #####'s and overlaping text it is always fixable when I change the view to "smaller or smallest" text but I have to do that everytime I leave that screen or get a new lead. Never has history or searches. See attached picture screens in power point.

If this doesn't make sense, please give me an email address I can forward her screen shots to. For some reason, I am unable to attach them..
