Hey guys,
Incolo is in the process of looking for a new IDX Solution. This will be our 3rd vendor. We're tired of getting a vendor and the randomly running into something better down the line (has a quality search like zillow/redfin), or dealing with crappy in efficiencies of back end stuff (i.e. no drip campaigns, bad management of clients.) I wanted to ask you guys what are you using, and how do you like it? Is there anything that you've come across that's better? Personally, estately.com is one of the best, but they don't provide feeds like a normal solution does. Findwell partnered with them, but I don't think a normal broker/agent site can. After estately, www.diversesolutions.com comes up, what are your thoughts? I'm not associated with any of these people... yet. We just want to make sure we do our research before jumping into another IDX Feed because switching is freaking annoying. Thanks all, thoughts? Justin
