Some of my listings, and those of others in my board are not able to be found on my IDX search (RichFine.com).
Examples: mls# 9982039 or 9982116 (both mine as an example).
The first of those has been on for 9 days. 9982116 was loaded today.
They can both be found on http://parkcity.pcmls.com though.

Neither of those listings are in the data files we get from the board each day.

I notice that MLS #9982116 has the status "ACTSS" and MLS#9982039 status is "ASS3P"

We only get the listings with status "ACT" and seems to be a couple listings with status "TC" ....

We'll email the board to find out if we can get the other status types of listings.

What's the process for switching to the RETS feed instead of the FTP?

It requires a work order, which we'd need to get an estimate for from sales, or in the work orders forum. Basically, we just get a programmer to re-do your IDX on the new feed. It's quite a common request as the MLS boards all switch to RETS. Some things may be slightly different, saved searches will have to be re-created using the new feed.

On the issue in this thread, it does not appear they have had the chance to add the other status types to the DataLink feed. Should I check on the status with Seaton?
