Is there a way to keep agent info on the backend in a notes section or something like that? I have an agent who lost her webmail PW. I am thinking if we had( or maybe there is somewhere now) a place to put all the agent info, it would be helpful.

As of now I can put( view, edit) in their username and pw's for site access, but should have a place for where their e-mail is received since I am using webmail for that. Ideas please. thanks
