Here’s what I need for brettsellshouses

A. 2 free detail looks then required registration

B. IDX registration form:
Phone number required

Additional optional registration fields:
Current address
City
State

When do you plan to move?

Best way to contact?

Best time to call?

Do you have a home to sell?

C. MLS search snippet-one that I can zero in on neighborhoods with geo code/map.

D. How much for CMS 2.5? Is it ready and bug free?

I've got a work order scheduled for the 21st I believe to upgrade some idx searches and check boxes. I'll be out of town that day, but I'd really like to get some of these issues addressed at that time as well if possible.

In order of priority, I'd like to get the quotes for A and B asap so I can give the go ahead on them.

C and D can take a back seat if necessary, but A and B are crucial to my lead follow up strategy.

I'm not sure I know exactly what you need here. Would this be something that you could create a polygon and then enter the co-ordinates and it would create a snippet. If so - it's about 5-6hrs programming.

It's $199 for the upgrade - then an increase in hosting of $10 per month.
IF you have any custom features to the backend - then those need an estimate to be transferred.
